Site Agent

My client is a leading Property and Construction Contractor specialising in Highways, Retail, Education, Rail and Residential to name a few. With offices UK Wide my client is constantly successful in winning new projects in all of the sectors above. My client can offer an initial contract of 3 months with is likely to be extended based upon their current work load, with a day rate of £280 - £320 per day based upon experience. The role is located in Yorkshire & Humberside which is commutable from Doncaster, Hull, Scunthorpe and Goole.  

The project involves work on Bridges/Structures, my client is looking for a capable Site Agent to be able to independently run the package of works with minimal supervision. Some of the role details include:  

- Site based  

- Minimum of 10 hours per day  

- Managing Sub-contractors  

- Ensuring programme is delivering on time

- Civil Engineering background  

- Main Contractor experience  

- Worked on demolition projects
