Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our Client delivers a wide variety of rail, civils, housing and manufacturing projects. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in York. This role is fully office based during 3-month probation period, once passed hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.  

Our Client is looking for several Senior Quantity Surveyor’s 5 – 10 years’ experience in Rail and Civils. Candidate will be working on ongoing project looking for candidate to start ASAP.  

Some of the main duties for this role include:  

• Supporting Bid Manager  

• Putting Tenders together  

• Providing Estimates  

• Pricing works

- Highly desirable - proven background in Rail  

- Civil engineering  

- Minimum 5 – 10 years’ experience  

Desirable:  

- Earthworks, bridges, infrastructure, power or water
