Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a principle contractor with civils projects across the UK, they are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bridgend.  

The right candidate will manage commercial aspects of projects, supporting a highly experienced team to deliver work successfully.  

Some of the main responsibilities for this role include:  

• Understand and report on the commercial position of the contract and forecasted profit and margin.  

• Ensure contractual duties, obligations, notices, standards etc. are observed and discharged to protect our position and entitlement under the contract.  

• Ensure compliance with IMS.  

• Work within defined budgets.  

• Understand cost or benefit applicable to tasks performed.
