Anglo is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Water division.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join Anglo, a leading provider of recruitment services to clients within technical and engineering marketplace. We are seeking a self-starter who has the tenacity to manage their own pipeline of business.  

Reporting directly to the Recruitment Director, your job will be to drive the business forward by managing the account to an extremely high level and maximizing sales revenues based on activity-based targets.  

 

A breakdown of your responsibilities will include:  

• Recruiting contract, fixed-term and permanent professionals into positions within Water division. effectively matching potential candidates with suitable vacancies based on rigorous qualification and referencing.  

• Resourcing and interviewing candidates over the telephone to fill immediate client requirements and/or to pipeline them for future use.  

• Actively developing and maintaining long standing and strategic relationships with clients and candidates throughout the industry.  

• Utilising various marketing and sourcing techniques (such as database searches, referrals and the Internet) to attract and find high quality candidates for short term and long-term vacancies, effectively building a talent pool from scratch wherever necessary.  

• Utilising Anglo`s social media platforms and job board to optimize exposure of recruitment campaigns and attract relevant candidates to register with Anglo.  

• Writing compelling and professional job advertisements to attract high quality candidates  

• Utilising Anglo`s internal database and website to search for candidates and log all job requirements received, working on and filled as required.  

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish with both candidates and clients, taking ownership to follow up on submittal and interview feedback and ensuring any issues are dealt with efficiently.  

• Managing contracts for placed candidates and maintaining active relationships with contractors.  

• Undertaking the necessary market research and business development on key players in your industry and their competitors within the sector, subsequently targeting these companies to increase Anglo`s client portfolio and billings.  

• Developing business on a national basis with specific emphasis on generating repeat business for the division through key accounts, introducing strategies for account retention. You will also be responsible for extending existing accounts to encompass further Anglo services and for bringing in new accounts to Anglo.  

• Ensuring all information on clients, candidates and jobs is recorded appropriately, accurately and timely, and that it is communicated and reported to the Head of Division in an effective and efficient manner.  

• Account management of key client accounts - this will require establishing agreed SLAs and KPIs, regular reviews, follow-up calls and face-to-face meetings wherever necessary.  

• Working alongside the Business Development team to maximize sales and bid opportunities, providing input into bids and tenders where required.

Requirements

• Strong recruitment/360 experience in Water & Utilities/Rail/Civil Engineering/Energy/Renewables  

• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in sales and managing key accounts  

• Experience of managing/developing small team  

• The desire to take responsibility for your own activity and business development  

• Ability to work against established sales targets  

• Proven track record in successful business development  

• Results orientated / Highly motivated  

• Passion for success and setting the sky as your limit!
