Site Agent

My client is a Principle (Tier 1) Contractor is looking for a Site Agent to work within their Civils & Rail division. This role will mainly be office based doing paperwork such as, work package plans, managing frameworks and task briefs. As the main contractor, you the Site Agent will be involved in the Civils work within Rail. This role has a salary of £50,000-£56,000 + Package  

Job Description:  

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a business unit that is busy and offers a fast fast paced project environment involving a range of multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects including bridges, platform extensions, stations along with a number of other civil works.  

Role Details :  

- The Terms and Conditions of the Contract  

- The Contract Health and Safety Plan  

- The Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets  

- The Contract Quality / Environmental Plan  

- Delivery of the contract within programme and budget.  

- Ensure contract objectives are being met.  

- Reporting the progress of the projected to the contracts manager

- PTS / SMSTS  

- Degree / HNC or HND in civil engineering  

- Experienced Site Agent or Sub agent looking to take the next step.  

- Experience with working on Rail/Civil Projects
