Senior Quantity Surveyor

This role is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, multidisciplinary infrastructure service. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, however they are also keen to hear from Quantity Surveyors, Project Quantity Surveyors, located in London. The day rate is £340 - £380 subject to experience. My client can offer an initial contract of 6 months with is likely to be extended based upon their current work load  

The role details include:  

- Site based  

- Looking after package of works  

- Providing guidance to Junior QS’s  

- Monthly forecasting/reporting  

- Contract Management  

- Sub-contract Management

- Main Contracting background  

- Well conversed with NEC3 contracts (Option A)  

- Experience of working on projects including Civils, OLE and Platform Extensions  

- Currently working as a Senior QS
