Project Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a blue-chip main contractor in the Rail industry. With a number of recent projects and frameworks secured they are looking to grow their commercial team with well experienced commercial professionals. Our client is looking to hear from Senior Quantity Surveyors and also from Intermediate Quantity Surveyors. This role is hybrid working located in London / Essex.  

Responsibilities:  

• Monthly Forecasting/Reporting  

• Cost Control  

• Compensation Events & EWN  

• Sub contract management  

• Reporting into commercial manager  

• Rail/Civils/Highways Experience  

• Main contractor background  

• Minimum 3 years’ experience  

• Previously worked on major Rail frameworks  

• NEC3 Contract experience
