Job description

Our Rail client is seeking a client facing Project Manager. You will be expected to manage client expectations in a collaborative and positive way whilst driving company priorities.  

 

You will be expected to be contractually and commercially astute.  

 

Responsibilities:  

- Plan work activities  

- Attend progress meetings  

- Oversea Quality Assurance is In line with the inspection test plane  

- Ensure Commercial Compliance  

- Raise Early Warnings  

- Lead by example/set standards to your fellow team members  

- Promote repeat business by personal contact with key stakeholders, and demonstrating high levels of commitment to their requirements  

- Create and communicate delivery plans in accordance with the contractual program  

- Attend Site Visits/inspections  

- Ensure all reporting and KPI deliverables are met to their deadlines

Requirements

- SMSTS  

- IOSH or NEBOSH  

- NVQ Level 4 Construction Site Management – Building and Civil Engineering  

- CSCS (Manager)  

- IEMA Foundation Cert  

- HNC or above in Relevant Engineering Subject  

- Railway Personal Track Safety (PTS)  

- COSS/ES  

- Mental Health First Aider  

- TWC  

- Full Driving License  

 

Excellent IT skills intermediate level:  

- MS Word  

- MS Excel  

- MS Power-point  

- MS Project  

Line Management & leadership skills:  

- Ability to motivate teams  

- Mentoring  

- Positive performance management
