Principle Designer - Team Leader

Our Client is seeking a Principle Designer/Team Leader to join their team in Central London (commutable from Stratford, Holborn, Feltham, Farringdon, London Bridge & Victoria), the salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 plus package.  

Job Description:  

The duties for this role include:  

• Managing 3rd Party Advisors  

• Managing Design Compliance  

• Appointing Principle Designers if required  

• Retaining management of PD  

• Building team of Designers/Assurance  

• Ensuring compliance of the CDM Regulations  

• Rail/Civils Experience  

• Main contractor background  

• Must be member of ICE (M.I.C.E)  

• Well conversed with CDM Regulations  

• Been in an assurance/governance role  

Desirable:  

• IStructE (The institution of Structural Engineers)  

• CEng (Chartered engineer)
