Design Manager

My client is blue chip contractor specialising in Construction, Building and Transportation. My client is recognised as one of the leading Engineering and Construction companies in the UK. With their innovative approach they have secured a number of high profile projects in Transportation across the UK. This role is for a Design Manager – my client is also looking to hear from Pre-Construction Managers located in London. The salary is £60,000 - £65,000 plus package – Subject to experience.  

Job Description:  

The projects involve work on Stations, Platforms, Depots and Bridges.  

Some of the main role details include:  

- Office/Remote working available  

- Working closely with the Tendering Team  

- Reviewing and preparing scoping documents  

- Early Design Reviews

- Minimum 6 years working in Design Management  

- Pre-Construction Experience  

- Had involvement in supporting bidding and tenders  

- Worked on Rail, Civils and Construction based projects
