MSP - How it works?

MSP agreements typically take one of four forms, depending on the
volume of recruitment you’re looking to outsource:

Payroll Management

Outsourcing the payroll for both full time and contingent staff while remaining in complete control of your internal recruitment.

Master Vendor (MV)

Creating a tire system for your recruitment needs. 1st tire preferred suppliers will handle the majority of your recruitment within a specified timeframe.

Remaining vacancies are then distributed to the 2nd tire suppliers.

Neutral Vendor (NV)

No tire system. Vacancies are released to all agencies in your supply chain, simultaneously creating a highly competitive environment.

Hybrid

Building an agile, bespoke system to ensure full delivery. For example, MV for one geography while employing NV solution for another.
