LHC sets up procurement framework arrangements for use by LHC members and any other public sector organisation wishing to improve efficiency without compromising quality and in full compliance with UK procurement rules and regulations. LHC members pay no membership fees and those choosing to remain just as users incur no costs. LHC costs are funded through a levy paid by LHC appointed companies. Any surplus is re-distributed to members. LHC supports sustainable development goals by factoring the Governments’ drive for sustainable and low carbon solutions. In other words, LHC does much of the procurement work for public sector organisations to help them save time and money.
