Senior Maritime Engineer

Our client is a major design, engineering and project management consultancy who has been rapidly growing within various sectors. They are seeking a Senior Maritime Engineer located in Bristol.  

Responsibilities:  

- Identify opportunities and lead or support bid teams to commercial and competitive standards.  

- Lead small teams in delivering projects to the highest standards.  

- Ensure the technical quality of project work meets the agreed requirements and specifications.  

- Leading and inspiring colleagues in developing their technical knowledge and understanding.

- An established profile in the field of maritime engineering.  

- Chartered Engineer with Good demonstrable knowledge of hands-on design experience.  

- Ability to identify and employ innovation in the development of design solutions.  

- Strong collaborative and network behaviours to interface with other disciplines and businesses.  

- Experience of working with offshore design support teams would be an advantage.
