Job description

Our client a leading Civil Engineering Contractor are a well know force within the Rail, Utilities, Highways, Bridges and Ground Engineering sector. Established over 40 years ago they have a turnover in excess of £120m and a strong cross client base.  

Due to continued growth our client is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their company. Based in the South West it is ideally suited to those based in Bath, Bristol, Weston-Super Mare or Chippenham. This role has a salary of up to £54,000 + benefits and can be Freelance or Permanent. References will be required.  

 

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:-  

- Working background with Civil Engineering and Highways projects (within the last 4 years)  

- NEC experience  

- Ability to manage project commercial undertaking Change control, Compensation events, cost reporting and valuations  

- Excellent communication skills are a must – Paperwork will be required as part of your role
