Project Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a Blue-Chip independent contractor who specializes working in Civil Engineering, Highways, Rail and Water Sectors. Due to recent success of winning new projects in the Rail Sector they are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Chelmsford.  

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on various Rail projects, joining a team to support them in the growth of the company. Our Client is currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor/ Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a contract basis.  

Some of the main duties include:  

• Supporting Bid Manager  

• Putting Tenders together  

• Providing Estimates  

• Pricing works

• Rail background  

• Strong contract knowledge  

• Main contractor background  

• Monthly reporting/forecasting  

• Minimum 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
