Job description

This role is for a Project Development Manager with a strong energy/civils sector background to support the delivery of engineering projects based across the UK the right candidate must have experience working on civils engineering or energy projects with a focus on structures, building and the ability to lead a project to completion.

Requirements

• Drive the development of project  

• Lead productive cross-functional stakeholder engagement meetings  

• Be Proactive  

• Drive scope  

• Focus on customer and operational requirements  

• Identify and provide plan for to address risk and opportunities  

• Degree level qualification or HND  

• Strong commercial awareness and NEC contract knowledge  

• Ability to manage the delivery throughout project lifecycle  

• Proven track record of project delivery in energy sector, preferably on shore wind  

• Strong stakeholder management skills  

• Hands-on approach, must be able to hit the ground running  

• Excellent communication skills  

• Ability to use AutoCAD for design work  

• Awareness of health & safety regarding construction or civil engineering  

• IOSH qualification
