Job description

Our Rail and Civil Engineering contractor client is currently looking for Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join them on their Rail projects on, both, contract and permanent basis. This client is a highly reputable company looking to build their team and offering career progression and longevity.  

Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be degree qualified, dynamic, confident individual looking for career progression.  

Our client has several rail/civils projects across the South of England, offering hybrid working with at least 3 – 4 days in the office.  

 

Some of the main duties include:  

• Commercial administration  

• Supporting Senior Quantity Surveyor  

• Prepare final accounts and change controls  

• Prepare project reports  

• Prepare project forecasts  

Requirements

Essential Experience  

• Degree qualification with some experience  

• New graduates also welcome to apply  

• Some construction/building experience  

• Commercial administration  

• Ability to deal with clients and sub-contractors
