Project Manager

My client is a reputable Tier 1 contractor within Construction, Building and Facilities Management.  

They are looking for a well experienced Project Manager to join the project team. With the recent award of new projects this is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to be based around the Exeter area working on a major Refurbishment project.  

The projects will consist of Refurbishment works on Buildings  

Some of the main role details include:  

- Managing all risks including quality, environmental and health and safety;  

- Managing quality and integrating quality into all aspects of the project;  

- Drafting Agreements and monitoring their execution; Appointing and managing sub consultants in accordance with company procedures;  

- Establishing and implementing the CPP and WPP’s;  

- Establishing and maintaining forecasts, costs and revenue budgets;  

- Establishing and managing project team interfaces;  

- All communications with Client representatives for the project;  

- Producing, checking and verifying all deliverables;  

- Managing and documenting all scope changes and other variations;

- 8 years minimum in the position of a Project Manager  

- Main contractor background  

- Previously worked on projects involving work on MOD/MOJ  

- Construction/Building background  

- SMSTS / CSCS / APM
