Principle Quantity Surveyor

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career. My client is a large Contractor in construction and rail who has won a number of projects across the UK. They are currently seeking a Principle Quantity Surveyor (my client is also looking to hear from Senior QS also) located in West London. The contract rate for this role is £300 to £400 per day dependent on experience or the permanent rate is £45,000 to £55,000 plus package and usual benefits.

Duties  

• Preparation of final accounts  

• Ensuring maximum value for money  

• Commercial Reporting  

• Procurement of designs

• Working in a QS or Senior QS role  

• Knowledge of UK construction Civil/ Construction/ Drainage  

• A degree, HNC or other relevant qualification in a relevant discipline.  

• Relevant professional Quantity surveying Qualification  

• Knowledge of NEC 3 and JCT Conditions
